Maxann is fabulous to work with, and our family photos came out gorgeous!! With a 3 year old and a 6 month old, that’s no easy feat, but she was great with our toddler (she told me after “I love that girl!”) and made us feel super comfortable and relaxed. She’s very responsive and has a great eye for a beautiful location - she suggested a place for us and it was PERFECT! We’ll definitely have her take our family photos again…her work is amazing!

PROCESS
You inquire and share with me your thoughts. Your preferred dates, locations, and overall vision. We decide if this is the right fit.
We start planning through shared Pinterest boards, a detailed input form, and communications via text and email. You will receive a detailed style guide depending on our location and session type, plus your preferences discussed in the intro call and via your input form. We customize your experience so you feel excited, energized, and ready to shoot come time for your session.
On the day of your session, we will comfortably role through the shoot, no need to worry about timelines, we will take photos for as long or as little as needed (kiddos often dictate how long our sessions last)!. Then, within 2-3 weeks, you will receive your full gallery, with print release. If additional products are purchased, we will set up a call to talk about prints and albums that fit your unique needs and wants.
Like my Meemaw used to always say, you can't fool with mother nature. If the weather calls for unsafe conditions for your outdoor shoot or if it impacts travel to our location, we will reschedule to the next available date for us both. If the weather calls for rain and the conditions are still safe, we will either continue as planned, or discuss a new location opportunity.
All galleries will contain a minimum of 40 images. You own the print rights, and you do not need to purchase additional images once they are delivered. I will never not share images just because of a limit. You will always receive the very best images from your session.
Galleries are typically sent within 2 weeks of your session. If there is a delay for any reason, I will personally reach out ahead of the 2-week window and give you an updated date you can expect your photos. If you ever have any questions, feel free to reach out!
A non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking to reserve your session date and time. This retainer will be applied toward your total photo package.
If you need to cancel your session for any reason, you may receive a 50% refund of your total photo package up to two weeks prior to your scheduled session date. Cancellations made within two weeks of the scheduled session date are not eligible for a refund.
I understand that life happens, and I will always do my best to work with you. If an unexpected circumstance arises, we can discuss options to reschedule your session or transfer your session date/package to another individual, subject to availability and approval.
